What the bell shows, what lands in your inbox, and how to switch things off.

The bell

The bell in the header collects what happened while you were away. Click an item to open it; Mark all read clears the badge. Notification settings at the bottom opens the switches in Settings.

Each type has a switch. A type that is switched off is never written, so nothing queues up.

Take failedA take failed; the credits come back automatically.
Credits running lowOnce per cycle, when you are below 10 percent of your plan’s credits.
Credits about to expireUnused plan credits are close to the reset.
Plan endingA cancelled plan or a scheduled move to Free is close.
Takes about to expireTakes reach the end of the retention window this week.
PaymentsA plan activated or renewed, or a pack was added.
Failed paymentsA renewal did not go through.

Referral sign-ups, Referral rewardsSomeone joined with your code, or a reward was paid.

Emails

The studio sends few emails, all from no-reply@roor.ai.

A payment did not go throughAfter the third failed renewal attempt in a row, when billing locks.
Credits about to expireThree days before unused plan credits reset, when 50 or more are left.

Takes about to expireSeven days before takes reach the end of the retention window; at most one a week.

There is no email for a Community verdict; reopen the take to see it. There is no payment receipt by email; invoices are on the Billing page.
