Plans, payments and invoices

The Billing page, buying a plan, and what you get for it.

Billing is in the account menu and behind the credits pill in the header. It has six tabs: Plan, Credits, Invoices, Usage, Billing profile and Referrals.

Plan

Your plan, its price per month including GST, and its status: Active, Renews on a date, Cancels on a date, or Free plan. Below that, the plan’s monthly credits, how long takes are kept, and how many members you can invite.

Change plan opens the rate card. Cancel and Resume are covered on Changing or cancelling your plan.

Credits

  • Balance: your credits, with the plan’s monthly amount and the date it resets.
  • Top up: the four packs. See below.
  • Recent ledger: the last ten movements, with a running balance. View all opens Usage.

Invoices

One row per payment: date, whether it was a subscription payment or a credit pack, amount and status. The Invoice button downloads the GST invoice as a PDF. Where no invoice has been issued yet, a receipt is offered instead.

Invoices are issued by NEEVAI SUPERCLOUD PVT. LTD. They show the taxable value and the tax split as CGST and SGST for Madhya Pradesh or IGST elsewhere, the place of supply, and your GSTIN when you gave one, which makes it a B2B invoice you can claim input credit on.

Usage

The last 30 days: total credits, a bar per day, and a table by model with takes, credits and the average per take. Export CSV downloads it.

Billing profile

The studio asks for this once, before your first payment. It prints on your invoices, so get it right; each invoice snapshots the profile as it stood at the time of payment.

  1. Mobile number. Enter it and press Send code, then type the six-digit code and Verify. The code lasts five minutes. The verified number fixes your billing country, and with it the currency: rupees for India, US dollars elsewhere.
  2. Account type: Individual or Business.
  3. Billing name, and Company name for a business.
  4. GSTIN, optional, for Indian businesses. Fifteen characters. The form checks the format and the check digit, and reads the state from the first two digits.
  5. Billing address, State (the place of supply in India) and the Invoice email, which defaults to your account email.

Press Save. You can come back to this tab to change it later.

Buying a plan

1

Pick a plan

Open the rate card from Change plan or from Pricing. Your plan is marked Current plan; higher plans say Upgrade.

2

Complete your billing profile

If you have not filled it in yet, it opens as a sheet here.

3

Pay

Checkout opens with your name, email and phone filled in. The price includes 18 percent GST for India; for other countries it is a zero-rated export with no GST. Payment methods are whatever the checkout offers you; the studio does not store cards.

4

Your plan activates

The page says Payment received and activates the plan within moments; occasionally it takes a minute for the payment confirmation to arrive. Your credits appear on the Credits tab and the bell confirms the activation. Closing checkout without paying changes nothing.

There is no introductory price. A plan costs its full price from the first month and renews monthly on the day you subscribed.

Top-up packs

Packs add credits that never expire, on any plan including Free.

Buy one from the Credits tab, or from the sheet that opens when a take costs more than you have. Credits land as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If a payment fails

A renewal that does not go through is retried. The bell tells you each time. After the third failed attempt in a row, billing is locked: the plan pauses until a payment succeeds, and you get an email. Any successful payment clears the lock.
