Your data

What the studio keeps, for how long, and how to remove it.

The Privacy Policy is the full statement. This page explains how the studio itself handles what you make.

What is kept

  • Media (the images and videos of your takes) is kept for your plan’s retention window: 30 days on Free and Starter, 90 on Creator, 180 on Pro, 365 on Studio. Favourites get the next tier’s window. When the window closes, the files, including posters and resized copies, are deleted in a nightly sweep.
  • Uploads are kept until you delete them.
  • The record of a take (its prompt, settings, model, date and cost) is kept with your account so your history and your ledger stay complete after the media is gone.
  • Prompt history in the console’s History menu lives only in your browser, tied to your account, and is never sent anywhere.
  • Invoices stay downloadable from Billing.

What is public

Nothing, unless you send a take to Community and a reviewer approves it. Even then, only the media, the model, the date, and the prompt if you chose to show it. See Community.

Deleting

  • A take or an asset: immediate and permanent, from every list. There is no restore.
  • Your account: Settings, Account tab, Delete account. It removes your takes, assets, elements, projects and shares for good. Workspaces you merely belong to keep their own work. If you own a workspace with other members, transfer ownership first. Your sign-in itself remains; signing in again starts a fresh, empty account.

There is no self-serve export of your data at the moment. Download what you want to keep from Assets.

Your account’s activity

Settings shows your recent activity in plain words, from sign-ins to takes started, finished or failed, credits returned, purchases and plan changes, with take codes where they apply. Devices and sign-ins are reviewed from the account console linked on the same tab.
