# Report a bug and get support

## Report a bug from inside the studio

Open the account menu, top right, and choose **Report a bug**.

* **What happened?** One line, up to 120 characters.
* **Steps and details.** What you did, what you expected, what you got. Up to 4,000 characters.

The page you were on is attached automatically so the team can reproduce it. There are no screenshots or attachments; describe what you saw. You can send up to five reports an hour.

The team reads every report. There is no ticket page to check afterwards. If something needs an answer from you, write to support.

## Write to support

[support@roor.ai](mailto:support@roor.ai) for accounts, billing, a refused prompt, a held account, or anything a bug report does not cover.

Include the **take code** when the question is about a take. It looks like `T-AB12CD` and is in the take's details. It names the exact take for the team.

## Copyright and content complaints

* **Report** on any public take page, for anyone, signed in or not. See [Community](/share/community).
* Copyright notices: [dmca@roor.ai](mailto:dmca@roor.ai), or the same Report control.
* Grievances under India's IT Rules: [grievance@roor.ai](mailto:grievance@roor.ai). Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

The [Copyright and Takedown](https://studio.roor.ai/legal/dmca) page has the full procedure.
